The Franco Center has greatly expanded our Box Office to meet our growing audiences and ever-widening performance and event offerings.
We are thrilled to offer all of you, the friends of the Franco Center, an exciting new slate of options for purchasing and receiving your tickets.
First major upgrade for you is that we have a brand-new web interface for you to purchase tickets. It has many of the features of the former, but with maps, expanded seating charts, and loads more information and options for you to share the event with your friends via email and social networks.
The second major improvement is our ability to serve you with your phone ticket order 24/7, 7 days a week. Yes! Midnight on Saturday in your pajamas, no sweat. After work on a Tuesday absolutely. We are able to take your order on the phone all day and night, every day.
Along with this, we are now offering phone assistance en Francais! While we have always strived to assist our French-language customers in their preferred tongue, we now can insure that you will be able to choose the language that you prefer, English or French.
In addition to these ordering options, we have greatly expanded our delivery options for your tickets. You can now choose from the following:
- Print at Home ticket
- Will Call list
- 1st Class Letter Delivery via USPS
- Express Delivery via USPS
- Barcode on your Mobile Smartphone
And, for those of you who prefer to make your purchases in person, we will still be keeping walk-up box office hours.
