Heritage Hall is the perfect venue for wedding receptions, corporate functions, awards ceremonies, class reunions, banquets and most types of performances. Renovated in 2009 and with over 5,000 square feet of available space, Heritage Hall has a capacity of 275 with tables and chairs fully deployed (see photo below) and approximately 350 for a standing-room only performance. This room has it all — a big stage with available piano, a large kitchen attached to the hall, a full and licensed bar, state of the art lighting and sound equipment, speakers installed inconspicuously in the middle of the room for even sound distribution (so that those in the back of the room can hear as clearly as those in the front), projectors and screens, and wireless sound and internet access. And lots of free parking within feet of the door.

Come and enjoy a night of comedy or live music with Maine’s best bands — the Franco Center has recently expanded our performance schedule to include lots more of each — or rent the hall yourself and throw your own catered event. Our hall rental fees are lower than you might expect for a room as elegant as this one. Heritage Hall PlanWe even offer discounts on the rental fees to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Contact Franco Center program director Richard Martin at (207) 783-1585 or email him with your questions and more information. Believe it or not, we’re booking two years in advance, particularly during the prime wedding season — so if you want the room for whatever function you may be planning, don’t delay and call us today.  A deposit of $200 will secure the date for you and ensure the hall is yours for the day or evening.
